Although we are a much smaller company than most of the franchises on the island, it is our desire to remain as such. Key Real Estate is a family owned and operated company and we feel that it’s of the essence to treat all our clients as part of our family thus making sure that all their needs are met.

Key Real Estate has progressively become a household name in St Maarten throughout the last 11 years. Neighboring islands such as Anguilla, St Eustatius and Saba are also very important entities within our portfolio. Our experienced agents patiently inform and guide you in all aspects of renting or purchasing a home. We can also assist you in obtaining financing, searching for your ideal home, make offers, negotiate contracts, fulfill and remove contract contingencies, aswell as closing the deal. In summary we help you make your Caribbean dream a reality.

We began modestly, managing three apartments and four homes but are currently managing over 65 apartments and 30 homes. In the same vein, we began listing smaller homes, rapidly progressing into the market of  million dollar villas and commercial properties, hotels and large parcels of land. We are based on the delightfully Dutch and Fantastically French island of St. Maarten /St. Martin in the northeastern Caribbean. From here, we also service the neighboring island of Saba and St. Eustatius, ( commonly known as Statia). Together, these three islands make up the SSS Islands of the Netherlands Antilles.
